Another update. 26 weeks

Not a whole lot has changed in these last few weeks. The additional ultrasound at 24 weeks was eventfhl. The tech got a quick look at the heart and kidneys. But baby girl? was curled up in a ball with the cord between its legs and the lady just moved the wand over for no more than 5 seconds and said "sorry". We didnt get any pictures either. I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing. At this check up, I also had to do the 1 hour glucose test, which I failed.

A week later I took the 3 hour test and that was miserable. Not necessarily from the drink or the fasting, but because it took 3 nurses and 9 pokes to get the 4 blood draws. I'm really surprised I didnt bruise much since they had to dig around a lot.

The belly is getting bigger, but thankfully the sciatic pain has almost completely gone away. My hips get sore in the mornings and evening. Heart burn revved up a bit. And I had my first vertigo attack in over a year. I'm chalking it up to stress though. A coworker was out sick from work and we had some major deadlines due, and I was major stressing about having to take the 3 hour glucose test and what that would mean if I failed it. Thankfully it only lasted a day. Oh and i passed the 3 hour test.

Other than that.. I'm just so tired. Mentally and physically. Life just keeps plugging along.
